Pansukian Sand Bar
If you're looking for a place to have a gorgeous beach event, you've come to the right place.
Punta Dolores Homestead is a private estate and coconut farm located at the corner of Union Bay in Dapa, Siargao Island. Our guesthouse is available for short term vacations through Airbnb and our Punta Dolores venue is a registered family business in Dapa.
Our beachfront is punctuated by a cluster of mangroves and is called "Dolores Pt." on old nautical maps. Our property has direct views of Daku Island and Pansukian Sand Bar, also known as Naked Island for its bare sand peeking above the reef. It takes less than ten minutes to get to Pansukian, making us an ideal venue for a reception following a ceremony on that iconic little island.
We offer our grounds, guest home, and event equipment for outdoor weddings and celebrations. You may also choose to have your event catered and decorated by us, utilizing our lights, tents, tables, chairs and more. Our home is one of the most spacious venues in Siargao, making it ideal for social distancing with a capacity of up to 300 guests.
Supporting our family company means investing in our neighbors and the local community.
Our long-hours venue rental is one of our biggest advantages in Siargao. We are personally committed to making your wedding or event one of the best decisions you can make. And we (Abe & Megan) have firsthand experience getting married in Punta Dolores, too.
There's no one on this island working harder for you day in and day out as your event draws near. When you contact us, you always reach the owners and get the service you deserve.

Abe and Megan, I never got to thank you for pulling off a chaotic day!! We had so much fun and are so thankful we were able to celebrate our special day with you! The food was ON POINT! So happy we decided to have you guys cater. Best food we had on the island.

Their awesome vicinity allowed us to explore the beautiful cities and island of Siargao while having our own privacy...Their guesthouse was always clean and their beds were comfortable. We stayed at the end of February and even if the weather started getting warmer, their house had appropriate A/C and fans...Abe and Megan were extremely accommodating to our needs. They truly go above and beyond!
