The Venue

Punta Dolores operates events during the drier months of the year in Siargao.

 

We chose to open our event calendar during the season where chances of heavy rain and winds are less likely to dampen our plans and set ups!

 

Our booking calendar is available between April 1st and October 15th of every year.

Venue Packages and Inclusions

Here you'll find the basic structures of our venue packages. They are listed with the reservation fees for the equipment and time period listed, and do not include any staffing services or additions.  

We strongly recommend Punta Dolores Venue Services to power your event through. Our services are made possible by essential people who bring your event together from start to finish. Unless you plan on coordinating your own manpower and resources when you get to Siargao, take a look at what we can offer to make your event a breeze.

All Punta Dolores Venue Packages Have These Inclusions:

  • Dedicated restroom facility with six toilets and long sinks 

  • Four onsite parking passes

  • Deck patio by the beach with shade cloth

  • Your preferred tent, chairs, and tables placements

Our catering area is suited for those who will have their own food to reheat and set up. For the Picnic and Canopy packages, it can be utilized as your kitchen space as well.

Venue access times indicate when we we expect clients to be on the property and when cleanup is completed;

ie., if venue access is from 10am - 7pm, clients may arrive onsite at 10am to prepare decorations and equipment. Our client, guests and vendors should have completed their cleanup activities and gathered all their belongings so they can vacate Punta Dolores before 7pm. If additional time is needed, consider our services for set up, cleanup, catering, and more.

These are special, intimate party packages perfect for those who want a beachy place to do their own cooking, chilling, and celebrating. Venue access times should include your setup and takedown windows. For additional time, consider our Extended Picnic Add-On.

Haven bundles are made for clients who want a complete mid size-large gathering or destination wedding. Two tents are erected for seating and guest coverage for event activities or lounging. A registration tent will also be available to serve as a loading area for guests after the main ceremony.
